Since winter semester 2020, the University’s Center for Teaching and Learning has been offering an interdisciplinary StEOP mentoring, which is available to all first-semester students who do not have their own professional StEOP mentoring within their fields of study.
As part of this offer, first-year students are supported in peer groups as they start their studies at the University of Vienna and are supported throughout taking their StEOP. Due to the current situation, the focus in the weekly digital meetings is on supporting the students:
• to find their way around the university under Covid-19 conditions,
• to network with other students despite physical distance,
• to master the StEOP well in the digital teaching mode and
for this
• to use all digital resources of the University of Vienna.
